Steps:
- Prepare all ingredients.
2. Mince garlic to small pieces!
3. Slice the leeks into 2 divides the white and green, then slice thinly
4. In a bowl, mix in oyster sauce, soy sauce, and water
5. In a pot, boil water. Cook pasta until al dente about 6-8 minutes. Drain. Set aside.
6. Heat pan with 3tbsp vegetable oil then saute garlic and white part of the leeks. Stir until the garlic is golden brown.
8. Add in chili flakes, adding chili flakes to hot oil will make the oil spicy. Keep stirring.
9. Add a mixture of oyster sauce, soy sauce, and water.
10. Let it stay for a few minutes and cover the pan.
11. Toss in cooked pasta. Let the mixture absorb until the pasta is fully coated.
13. Serve immediately. Garnish with the green leeks.
