- Prepare all ingredients. 
- Mince garlic. 
- Slice the leeks into 2 divides, the white and green, then slice thinly. 
- In a bowl, mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and water. 
- In a pot, boil the water. Cook pasta until al dente about 6-8 minutes. Drain. Set aside. 
- Heat pan with 3tbsp vegetable oil. 
- Saute garlic and white part of the leeks. Stir until the garlic is golden brown. 
- Add in chili flakes. Adding chili flakes to hot oil will make the oil spicy. Keep stirring, 
- Add a mixture of oyster sauce, soy sauce, and water. 
- Let it stay for a few minutes and cover the pan. 
- Toss in cooked pasta. 
- Let the mixture absorb until the pasta is fully coated. 
- Serve immediately. Garnish your pasta with the green leeks. All done!
