Easy Hasselback Potatoes Recipe

Today, we’re going to make one of the popular potato recipe which is the Hassleback potatoes. This recipe is rich in texture that you’re family and friends would surely love.

Hasselback potatoes are like potato chips but unlike potato chips, it is attached with its base. Making it look and presented in a very unique way. The baked hasselback potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Steps:

Prepare all the ingredients

Slice the potato (washed and cleaned) ¾ through using a chopstick to prevent it from slicing all the way

This time use a  wooden spoon so it will hold the potatoes more firmly.

Slice the bottom on the potato, so potato will firmly stand. Repeat with the other potato

Brush oil all over the potato then season with salt

Bake for 20minutes at 425 F

While the potato is in the oven, melt butter. Then add thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.

After 45 minutes, remove from the oven. Brush melted butter with herbs.

Place it back in the oven for another 15 minutes
