Steps:
Prepare all the ingredients
Dice carrots into small pieces
Chop leeks
Cut shrimps into small pieces
In a big bowl, combine ground pork, shrimp, leeks, carrot
Add sugar, sesame oil, oyster sauce, salt and pepper and egg
Spoon 1 tbsp mixture into the wonton wrapper. Fold the sides and seal. Meanwhile, boil water for the steamer. Continue the process
Arrange the siomai in the steamer, let is stand for about 10-12 mins.
TIP: Use a cloth to prevent from sticking in the steamer
Remove from steamer
