Steps:
Prepare all the ingredients
Place graham crackers in a blender and puree the graham crackers
In a bowl, combine butter, sugar and graham crumbs. Mix it very well.
Put the graham crust in the freezer for about 2 hours
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar using a hand held mixer.
Add in the cream, continue to use mixer. Whip until smooth and creamy.
In another bowl, dissolve gelatin powder with hot water
Add the gelatin mixture into the cream cheese filling
Get the graham crust from the freezer, pour in the cream cheese filling. Put in the chiller for 4 hours.
In a another bowl, puree the blueberry then filter it using a strainer
In another bowl, prepare again gelatin powder and hot water
Pour in the gelatin into the pureed blueberry
Get the cream cheese from the chiller, pour in blueberry filling. Place it back in the chiller for 2 hours or so.
Serve. All done! You can now enjoy your delicious blueberry cheesecake!
