Guacamole is a tasty Mexican dish prepared with avocado and green chili or chili pepper
Guacamole is highly beneficial for cardiovascular health, as it helps lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels and increases “good cholesterol” levels. Avocados were first grown in southern central Mexico about 10,000 years ago.
Let’s dive in!
To start we will use a good quality onion that we’ll peel and dice.
Next, we will use tomato, one of the ingredients that I like the most. We will cut it into small pieces

Guacamole Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Lime
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 Onion
- 1 Fresh cilantro
- 1 Roma tomatoe
- 3 Cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Peel and dice the onion.
- Chop the tomato.
- Chop the fresh cilandro.
- Peel and cut the avocado.
- Mash together the avocados, lime juice, cayenne pepper and salt. Mix in onion, cilandro and tomatoes.

You can eat guacamole with many dishes, just to name a few: nachos, salads, loaded potatoes, bread slices, fried fish, burger…
Avocados are a great source of vitamins C, E, K, and B-6, as well as riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, and potassium.
You can try with many types of chips, but tale into account that must be sturdy enough to support guacamole, and salty enough to complement the creamy flavor of avocado
