- Prepare all the ingredients 
- Cook spaghetti noodles. While the spaghetti is cooking, make sauce. Drain soaked pistachio. Wash with water. 
- In a blender, combine pistachio, red bell pepper sauce, soy milk and garlic powder. Blend them together. 
- In a saute pan, pour in the sauce to warm the sauce then add in cooked spaghetti. Mix until all the spaghetti is coated with sauce. 
- Add in fresh parsley. (basil or thyme is good too!) 
- Serve. Enjoy your delicious and healthy vegetarian pasta sauce!
