Prepare all the ingredients
Cook spaghetti noodles. While the spaghetti is cooking, make sauce. Drain soaked pistachio. Wash with water.
In a blender, combine pistachio, red bell pepper sauce, soy milk and garlic powder. Blend them together.
In a saute pan, pour in the sauce to warm the sauce then add in cooked spaghetti. Mix until all the spaghetti is coated with sauce.
Add in fresh parsley. (basil or thyme is good too!)
Serve. Enjoy your delicious and healthy vegetarian pasta sauce!
