Prepare all ingredients.
Mince garlic.
Slice the leeks into 2 divides, the white and green, then slice thinly.
In a bowl, mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and water.
In a pot, boil the water. Cook pasta until al dente about 6-8 minutes. Drain. Set aside.
Heat pan with 3tbsp vegetable oil.
Saute garlic and white part of the leeks. Stir until the garlic is golden brown.
Add in chili flakes. Adding chili flakes to hot oil will make the oil spicy. Keep stirring,
Add a mixture of oyster sauce, soy sauce, and water.
Let it stay for a few minutes and cover the pan.
Toss in cooked pasta.
Let the mixture absorb until the pasta is fully coated.
Serve immediately. Garnish your pasta with the green leeks. All done!
