Prepare all the ingredients
Slice the potato (washed and cleaned) ¾ through using a chopstick to prevent it from slicing all the way
This time use a wooden spoon, slice the bottom on the potato, so potato will firmly stand. Repeat with the other potato
Brush oil all over the potato, season with salt then bake for 20minutes at 425 F.
While the potato is in the oven, melt butter. Then add thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.
After 45 minutes, remove from the oven. Brush melted butter with herbs.
Place it back in the oven for another 15 minutes. Remove from the oven once done.
Serve. Enjoy your delicious hasselback potatoes!
