Before starting the dressing, let’s make the croutons. First, let’s slice the bread into small squares.

Place the bread in a bowl.

Season with salt and pepper then drizzle oil

Place inside the oven for a few minutes.

Squeeze some lemon juice.

Mince garlic.

In a bowl, add in anchovy, garlic, lemon juice, yogurt, and Worcestershire sauce. Slowly add olive oil. Whisk vigorously.

How to check when the dressing is emulsified: use a spoon, stir the sauce if the dressing remains visible at the back of the spoon, it indicates that it is good enough.

Rinse, drain the Romaine lettuce. Chop the lettuce into small pieces.
