Rasted okra

Ingredients

  • 12 okra pods, sliced in half
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. 2. On a baking sheet, toss okra with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Roast for 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove from oven and serve.
