- 12 okra pods, sliced in half
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- 2. On a baking sheet, toss okra with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- 3. Roast for 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove from oven and serve.
