Garlic roasted tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. On a baking sheet, toss tomatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic until coated.
  3. Bake 15-20 minutes, until the skins begin to brown. Remove from oven and serve.
