In a bowl, place in all-purpose flour, baking soda, and 1/2 cup of yogurt. You can also add extra water when needed and extra flour for dredging later.
Mix with spatula , then use hands to incorporate all the ingredients together.
Add more yogurt, the dough needs more yogurt. The dough must be slightly sticky.
Continue mixing with your hands, then form dough into ball.
Cover. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
Remove the cover. Divide the dough into equal parts. This dough can be divided into 6 parts.
Using a rolling pin, flatten each piece of dough. The dough doesn't have to be a perfect circle.
Continue to roll the rest of the dough but make sure to mind its thickness. You would never want to have a bread so thin or too thick!
Finish rolling the dough, dust the surface with flour so it would not stick. Sprinkle it in between the flatten dough.
Heat a non-stick pan. Drizzle with oil.
Once the pan is heated, place one piece of naan dough.
Check the dough for bubbles. When it appears, it is time to flip it over. Note: There will be nice bubbling brown blisters.
Transfer each naan into a plate. Pile them up!
Serve. All done! You can now enjoy your delicious naan bread!
