Prepare all the ingredients
In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. After that, add liquid into the mixture: milk and oil
Knead for about 2 minutes
Shape dough into a ball. Cover with damped cloth.
Divide the dough evenly. Shape each into a ball
Rest for another 30 minutes
Flatten dough with hands. Then roll the dough using a rolling pin. Continue the process.
In a preheated pan place the flattened dough. Flip over and make sure both sides are cooked
Remove from pan and serve. Enjoy your delicious homemade tortilla!
