Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cup Milk

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients
  • In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. After that, add liquid into the mixture: milk and oil
  • Knead for about 2 minutes
  • Shape dough into a ball. Cover with damped cloth.
  • Divide the dough evenly. Shape each into a ball
  • Rest for another 30 minutes
  • Flatten dough with hands. Then roll the dough using a rolling pin. Continue the process.
  • In a preheated pan place the flattened dough. Flip over and make sure both sides are cooked
  • Remove from pan and serve. Enjoy your delicious homemade tortilla!
