Prepare all the ingredients
Pat dry the chicken breast then season it with salt and pepper
In a high heat pan, sear the chicken
Flip the chicken after a minute. Let it cook with with chicken stock and lemon juice. Add butter
Place the chicken in the oven for 10 mins at 325F
Place it back on the stove top. Remove the chicken. Leave the remaining liquid in the pan to reduce
Slice the chicken and start plating. Pour over sauce. Add fresh pepper
