Ingredients

  • 150 g Spaghetti noodles
  • 1 whole Garlic
  • 2 cups Pasta water
  • ¼ cup Olive oil 
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • Salt
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients
  • Slice garlic thinly and roughly chop garlic pasta
  • Prepare boiling water for pasta then add noodles
  • In another pan, heat olive oul and saute garlic
  • Pour pasta water in sautéing pan, let it simmer. Get the pasta half cooked
  • Let the pasta finish cooking
  • Season with salt and toss in fresh parley
  • Serve. Enjoy your delicious meal!
