Prepare all the ingredients
Place graham crackers in a blender then puree the graham crackers
In a bowl, combine butter, sugar, and graham crumbs. Mix it well.
Put the graham crust in the freezer for about 2 hours
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar using a hand mixer
Add in the cream, continue to use mixer. Whip until smooth and creamy
In another bowl, dissolve gelatin powder with hot water
Add the gelatin mixture into the cream cheese filling
Get the graham crust from the freezer, pour in the cream cheese filling. Put it in the chiller for 4 hours
In another bowl, puree the blueberry then filter it using a strainer
In another bowl, prepare again gelatin powder and hot water
Pour in the gelation powder into the pureed blueberry
Get the cream cheese from the chiller, pour the blueberry filling and place it again in the chiller for 2 hours or so.
