Ingredients

  • 150 g Graham Crackers
  • 2 tbsp White Sugar
  • 4-6 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese
  • 2/3 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose Cream
  • 12 tbsp Gelatin Powder
  • 12 tbsp Hot water
  • 1 cup Blueberry Preserve

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients
  • Place graham crackers in a blender then puree the graham crackers
  • In a bowl, combine butter, sugar, and graham crumbs. Mix it well.
  • Put the graham crust in the freezer for about 2 hours
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar using a hand mixer
  • Add in the cream, continue to use mixer. Whip until smooth and creamy
  • In another bowl, dissolve gelatin powder with hot water
  • Add the gelatin mixture into the cream cheese filling
  • Get the graham crust from the freezer, pour in the cream cheese filling. Put it in the chiller for 4 hours
  • In another bowl, puree the blueberry then filter it using a strainer
  • In another bowl, prepare again gelatin powder and hot water
  • Pour in the gelation powder into the pureed blueberry
  • Get the cream cheese from the chiller, pour the blueberry filling and place it again in the chiller for 2 hours or so.
  • Serve. Enjoy!
