Prepare all ingredients
In a bowl put together, milk, yeast, and sugar. Mix. Add in flour and salt. Mix it again
Form into a ball. Grease the dough then cover. Let it rest for 1.5 hours
After the dough has rested, flatten the dough using a rolling pin. Roll into a log, then slice
Set aside the slices, make each slice rounded then roll into a circular shape
Add bread butter in between the layers of the dough. Continue the process, layering and spreading butter in between
Place the layers of dough in a plastic wrap. Put in freezer for about 30 mins
Roll out the layers of dough into a rectangular shape, cut them into square. Then from square, shape it to triangle then roll it
Let it rest again for 30 minutes before baking. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes 375F
