Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of Garlic, minced ( 5- 6 pcs garlic)
  • 1 cup of Chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp. Paprika
  • 1 tbsp. Korean chili powder
  • 1 pc Chicken bouillon

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients
  • Mince garlic, amount should be good for 1 cup
  • Preheat the pan. Pour in 2 cups of vegetable oil. Add 1 cup of minced garlic.
  • After a few minutes, add the chili flakes. Do not stop stirring.
  • To add flavor and color sprinkle 1 tbsp. of paprika
  • For seasoning, add chicken bouillon. Keep stirring, let it cook for about 7-10 minutes low heat to prevent garlic from burning.
  • Added 1 tbsp. of Korean chili powder. If you prefer spicier, add more. (Let it cool before storing)
