Prepare all the ingredients
Mince garlic, amount should be good for 1 cup
Preheat the pan. Pour in 2 cups of vegetable oil. Add 1 cup of minced garlic.
After a few minutes, add the chili flakes. Do not stop stirring.
To add flavor and color sprinkle 1 tbsp. of paprika
For seasoning, add chicken bouillon. Keep stirring, let it cook for about 7-10 minutes low heat to prevent garlic from burning.
Added 1 tbsp. of Korean chili powder. If you prefer spicier, add more. (Let it cool before storing)
