Simple Roasted Asparagus

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • ½ bunch of asparagus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F, and chop off the ends of asparagus spears (the last ½ inch).
  2. 2. On a baking sheet, toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Bake in oven until tender, approximately 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
