- ½ bunch of asparagus
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F, and chop off the ends of asparagus spears (the last ½ inch).
- 2. On a baking sheet, toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- 3. Bake in oven until tender, approximately 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
