- 6 carrots, sliced in half
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- On a baking sheet, toss carrots with olive oil, honey, salt and pepper.
- Bake 40-50 minutes, until carrots are tender. Remove from oven and serve.
