Honey glazed carrots

Ingredients

  • 6 carrots, sliced in half
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. On a baking sheet, toss carrots with olive oil, honey, salt and pepper.
  3. Bake 40-50 minutes, until carrots are tender. Remove from oven and serve.
